Founder & Director of Operation
My hospitality journey starting from The Regent & Four Seasons Jakarta, and I found my passion in the Spa with Mandara Spa Indonesia in 2001 as a Spa Manager for their properties in Bali & Bandung. I advanced my career further by taking up a new role with Jamu Spa as Spa Operations Manager, looking after the entire operations in Jakarta for a year, then decided to work as an expatriate in Central Asia & Middle-East as a Spa Director/Manager with 5* luxury brands such as Shangri-la Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels & Resorts, The Chedi & Westin Hotels & Resorts. I am an E-Cornell University graduate in Revenue Management. I love Yoga & Zumba as much as traveling, meeting new people & learning their cultures. I believe that is what makes me very adaptable & approachable as a person.
Sofie Sulaiman

I started my journey in Spa & Wellness in 1998 with Mandara Spa Indonesia as a Spa Manager and opening team for their properties in Bali , Lombok and Java for several years, I took some Spa Management and spa skill courses in Baden-Baden, Germany in 2001 and Chiva-Som Spa Academy, Thailand in 2003 and 2005. I stepped up as a senior roles in Bali, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, India, & Brazil within luxury 5* companies such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, GHM Hotels & Resorts, The Oberoi & Hilton. I have been involved from the scratch in pre-opening projects such as The Grand Formosa Regent, Taipei, Taiwan and The Saujana, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I love challenges in the pre-openings as much as the spa operations.

We carefully listen & understand your vision & aspirations, we create & develop the concepts & Unique Selling Point, recommend the best Spa designers and work closely with them to provide efficient & innovative design, advise the appropriate product brands to use, creating Treatment Menu & Price List, including your very own signature treatments.
People Management
We truly believe PEOPLE is what makes us or breaks us, therefore, we take recruitment & training very seriously. We are not only recommending CVs but we wewill be deeply involved in screening interviews and trade tests, to ensure you have the ‘creme de la creme’ of staff. We also offer on-going support in operational training, Mystery Shoppers, and management training for your managers & supervisors.

On-Going Operational Support
Just like a newborn baby, we as your ‘Parents’ will be by your side to hold your hands. To ensure your smooth-running operations, 3 up to 6 months after the launch, we will keep our eyes open, watching & evaluating the business.
